Intuitively open since very young, I remember knowing people’s fears and motivations, long before I was able to understand that most people did not sense these same things with the depth and precision that I did. I was three years old. I also remember on my first day of kindergarten, the awareness of being a messenger with a purpose, impatiently trapped in the body of a 6 year old kid.

The awareness of being a messenger faded shortly after that and I forgot it for a long time. Ironically, I lived my childhood, adolescence and early adulthood in a constant state of intuitive, spiritual openness without realizing it, and as a skeptic of all things spiritual and metaphysical. I led a seemingly conventional life, receiving a BA in Business Management and MA in Adult Education. I completed an extensive facilitator training program, which led to many years facilitating encounter groups, and a lot of growth for me! I worked in non-profit and mental health care environments where I held positions in training/development and management.

Everything changed after discovering Reiki. It opened up a whole new worldview and my life has never been the same. I have been teaching Reiki for 15 years, including at the Whole Health Expo and the New England Reiki Conference. In addition to energy healing, I am a writer with articles in many print and online publications, I have offered sessions and instruction in intuitive development and sacred sexuality, and created the format used for the transmissions on my website. After almost 15 years I fall more in love with it each day. With the introduction of the Mystery Mastery Healing System, and the completion of my book: Dancing Your Life, I am stepping more fully into the messenger and teacher role, sharing what I came into this lifetime to share.

I am often asked how I learned the things I write, teach and use in healing sessions.

Often I experience it in a "language" of spatial relationship: shapes, patterns and movement that I understand without having to think about it. This way of understanding offers many benefits. Especially, I am able to perceive how everything relates to everything else, and I know how to use the way things relate and move for bringing about change in many types of systems. The human body is a system, the mass consciousness is a system, as are relationships, and the interaction of subtle energy between lovers. Systems and relationships are everywhere and are the foundation of everyone and everything. I enjoy finding practical ways to work with it all, and passing it on to my students, clients and readers to use and benefit. I look forward to offering as much as I can as widely as possible.
