Peace of Mind Attunement

To attune is to tune in. As an infinite being, you already contain within every state of consciousness you could wish to experience. The purpose of this attunement is to help you tune into your peace of mind, bringing it into the forefront of your experience.

These words you are reading are instructions on how to tune in. As you follow the instructions for attunement, I am working with you helping you tune into your experience of peace of mind. To receive the attunement (which is offered as you read these very words): relax, close your eyes and intend to receive the attunement in accordance with your highest good. Allow a few minutes for the experience to unfold and integrate before resuming other activities.

This is a one time attunement. You may use it viewed on the computer or printed. It has no expiration date, but will only work one time per person (my assistance in attuning will be available one time per person). Each person who attunes receives their own individualized attunement, which is always current to where they are on their spiritual path are at the time of using the attunement. This attunement was designed to always be current, to be in alignment with the ever shifting and evolving energies supporting our planetary awakening and beyond. It will never be out of date.

You Are A Healer Attunement

This attunement goes with the article You Are A Healer, which can be found on the Writing page of this website. If you have not already, read the article before continuing with this attunement.

You can use the love you feel in your heart to enhance the healing and nurturing qualities of your touch. The purpose of this attunement is to further open the ease/depth/intensity with which your love energy flows through your hands and the rest of your body. It works with whatever level of heart/love openness you already possess making it easier for you to offer it to others. It will also be easier for you to experience loving sensations when you touch yourself.

Because this attunement works with whatever level of heart openness you already have, the more loving you feel towards yourself and others, the better the sensations and results from your loving touch. I highly recommend use of the Life Mastery Attunement and/or Sexual Empowerment Attunement to address and move beyond emotional baggage, limiting beliefs and social conditioning that keep you from experiencing your full, natural level of heart openness.

If you are a Reiki healer, this attunement, as well as the Life Mastery and Sexual Empowerment Attunements are good options to continue your development as an open-hearted clear channel for healing energy. However, it is not necessary to be a Reiki healer to benefit from this You Are A Healer Attunement. Healing comes from the heart. If you can feel love, you can use it for healing of yourself and others. It can even add to your lovemaking with a partner or enhance self pleasuring.

To attune means to tune in; to pay attention. Attuning is something you do all the time, although you are not always consciously aware of doing it. This You Are A Healer Attunement uses conscious intention to tune into your natural ability to use your heart/love energy to enhance the healing and pleasure of your touch. It helps you open the flow of your loving energy throughout your body. When you read and follow the instructions for attuning, I will be working with you, helping to open the flow of loving energy throughout your body. You will be attuned simply by reading the words in this document and following the instructions. No appointment time is necessary. Nothing further is needed. Please do not contact me asking to receive the You Are A Healer Attunement. Everything you need is right here in these instructions and your intention to tune in.

Instructions: to receive your attunement relax, close your eyes and intend to receive it in accordance with your highest good. Then take a few minutes to relax further and allow the attunement to integrate within you before resuming other activities. I recommend you use this attunement twice daily for one week. Then wait two weeks and use the attunement one more time. If you experience one or more big heart openings after that, you can use this attunement for more cycles in the same manner as before. This attunement is active until December 31 2010, meaning my assistance will be available whenever you wish to tune in until December 31 2010.

After you are attuned, the energy will flow automatically every time you touch yourself or someone else. The more you allow yourself to feel lovingly towards yourself and others, the more enhanced the experience and potential results. No special symbols, techniques or instructions are needed to enjoy the increased flow of loving energy and to share it with others. Love heals. It is that simple.

Chakra Evolution Attunement

This is the Chakra Evolution Attunement. This attunement works with each of your 7 major chakras. It helps evolve each chakra, working with the physical, emotional, mental, ego and all higher aspects of who you are. Anywhere that you are ready for a higher expression in the chakra, it will be facilitated.

To attune is to tune in. As you tune into each chakra, your intent to evolve the chakra combines with my transmission of energy to assist you and the attunement takes place. All you have to do is follow the instructions in this document and it will happen. Nothing more is needed so please do not ask me to send you the attunement, everything you need is inside of you, and my transmission happens automatically when you follow these instructions:  Chose the chakra you want to evolve from the list below. Close your eyes, relax and affirm that you intend to receive the attunement in accordance with the highest good. Then just enjoy for a few minutes, while the attunement integrates, before resuming other activities.

Here are the 7 chakras. I recommend working with only one per attunement, and waiting until the energies settle down before starting with the next chakra. This attunement will balance the chakra you are addressing with all the other chakras each time you use it so that you will have balance even though you are working with only one chakra at a time.

This attunement (my assistance in helping you tune in), will be active for one time for each chakra. It will work either viewed on the computer or printed. You can make as many copies as you wish and share it with friends, it will be active for them also. Any attempts to alter the way the document is worded will render the attunement inoperable. This attunement is created in such a way that each person who attunes receives based upon their unique needs at the time they use the attunement, every time they tune in, regardless of how long it has been since the attunement was created. Additionally, the energy of the attunement is always current to the energies of the time the attunement is used, not to the energies at the time the attunement was created. This means the attunement is always up to date and will never lose its relevance or usefulness.

Chakra Pleasure Attunement

This attunement is for experiencing pleasure in each of your chakras. Your chakras are energy centers that correspond with your body, emotions, mind and spirit. By experiencing pleasure in your chakras, you bring more pleasure to your life. However, while the primary focus of this attunement is for enjoyment, the opening of your physical, emotional and mental bodies to pleasure often has a clearing, healing and awakening effect.

This Chakra Pleasure Attunement will work with any and all of your major and minor chakras. I recommend starting with your major chakras and working with all of them in one session beginning with the root/base chakra and working your way up. Then if you wish to work with any of your minor chakras you can do that as part of the same or a separate session. If you need a list of major and minor chakras you will find many internet sites, books and other reference material containing that information.

The purpose of my attunements is to help you tune in and become more in-tune with yourself. When you attune using this attunement, you are becoming more aware of the pleasure in each of your chakras. This is not intended as a healing modality, but rather as self exploration, empowerment and life enrichment. I offer no course materials or certificates, only a way to journey into yourself and bring more of yourself into your everyday life.

Although it is common to attribute the attunement to someone or something outside of yourself, what I offer through my attunements is an understanding that everything you wish to attune yourself to is already present inside of you. When you follow the written instructions in this attunement, I am working with you to help you tune into and experience your pleasure as it already exists inside of you. I am not adding anything to you, I am simply helping you to focus your awareness. However, if while working with any or all of your chakras, you would like to add my pleasure energy to yours, all you have to do is intend to experience it and it will be present.

To Attune: relax and close your eyes. Starting with your root chakra, intend to experience the pleasure that is there. Then just go with the experience. When the sensation subsides or moves to the next chakra, it is time to intend to experience the pleasure that is there. All you need to experience this attunement is intent. These written words are merely information and instructions. When you intend to attune, your intent is assisted by mine and the attunement takes place. Nothing more is needed so please do not ask me to send you the attunement, everything you need is inside of you and supported by the words on this page you are currently reading.

This attunement will work one time for each chakra. After that if you choose to attune, you will still be able to do so because tuning in is a natural process. However, my assistance in attuning, and the addition of my pleasure energy will no longer be available.
