I think the attunement is going well.  I can definitely feel things shifting while I'm doing it each night (I've done it twice now).  It feels gentle, positive, and overall good (although there is some minor discomfort as negative things come up, the discomfort fades before it gets terribly uncomfortable).  And, I'm noticing subtle differences in myself during the day, with how I feel and how I perceive myself and my life.  There's sort of a softening in the seperations between different parts of myself, and an increase of clarity within my core self, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I must say today has been miraculous. I had a phone call and I spoke with a woman who I only met briefly for about 30 seconds back in September. She is a spiritual person and has been searching for others who are like minded. We are going to get together to practice tai chi after the holidays and to just share. I thought of you so much during the conversation. It was really cool, Linda.

I have had wonderful things happen with physical therapy ~ I quit with the hospital therapists, they were too aggressive and brutal. I then had an amazing conversation last Friday with a holistic physical therapist who asked me to come in yesterday and I did. He is an amazing man - got a lot done and we saw lots of progress.

I think the attunement has helped to clear the way for things to come into my life that are needed and when they are needed. I wept with joy and peacefulness.
