The Sexual Empowerment Attunement has three parts:
1. Daily energy transmissions (also known as deeksha) to help you become more aware of (attuned to) your Sexual Empowerment so you can more easily use it in your daily life. The transmissions are individualized and constantly updated to remain current. Each person receives according to their own unique needs at the time they attune, each time they attune.2. A document sent via e mail with instructions on how to access your daily transmissions. Simply read the document and follow the instructions. It takes only 5 minutes a day and you can use it at your convenience without the need for a set appointment time.
3. Support. I am available via e mail if you need someone to talk with about whatever feelings or life changes come up during your attunement period. This is optional. Many people like privacy when addressing sexual concerns.

When I did the relaxing and intended to accept the attunement, I wasn't expecting much more than I have already felt. I don't know why, but I didn't. I suppose I thought that I have healed my past and the things in it, completely.
Little did I know...I experienced a lot of feelings of abandonment. And loneliness. I couldn't understand why, until it hit me. My father passed away 13 1/2 yrs ago. And a man I was involved with passed about 10 yrs. ago. And although I have grieved their death many times, I never knew I was feeling this deep down.
I know that their deaths were meant to be, and no one is to blame. And feeling as if I was abandoned was not even a thought. Until this healing you gave me. When I did realize this is what was happening, I allowed myself to feel this on the surface and was able to let it go.
I am still a bit shocked about the feelings, but I am feeling much better now. I suppose death can do many things to us without us ever knowing. Anyway, I can feel the energy flowing smoothly now. So much so, I have noticed that I am much more compassionate with everything I am involved with. And it seems that my heart is felt with Universal love. Not only to share with others, but to recognize that I am not alone, and it has given me self love.
I have always felt self love and love for others, but over the past week or so, it has definitely increased at least 50%. I didn't think I could possibly increase this. :-) But I guess I was wrong. And I am so much more passionate than before. I am able to express my feelings and thoughts on a deeper level and even others have noticed. So the energy is definitely flowing. I can tell you that for sure. And wow...not to be too personal, but I have noticed more satisfaction in my personal relationship with my boyfriend. On many many levels. But especially on that in which we make love.

Linda- My sexual empowerment [attunement] with you was awesome. I started with it just after the full moon ice storm and ran through new years. It gave me a focus on the freedom I feel regarding my sexuality, leading me to a greater experience of delight in my sex. It's going well. I do notice some resistance as I sit down to do the attunement but it's pretty minor (perhaps because I've been meditating for a few years now and I'm aware of why the resistance is coming up).
It definitely has wrought some changes! Things appear to be difficult in several of my important relationships but I know the shift needed to happen so I can attend to my life more authentically. The attunement is helping me to see that and it's definitely been an incredible tool to tap into my creative power.
Overall I feel more alive and more energized. For a long time I've realized my creative power and my sexual power are one in the same. The attunement has helped me open up to that power source in a greater way and I love it!
